Drakes Farm & Cafe

Set within the Dartmoor National Park Drakes Farm & Cafe serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, cakes, ice cream & freshly ground coffee.

We also offer a family friendly location where you can relax. Sit back and look out over the scenic views, have a play or explore ‘Drakes Paddock’.

We have a play corner within the cafe allowing children to go and explore different themed activities.  Our cafe also has an array of activity bags for families to take back to tables, which provide table top activities for young children.

Parental supervision required at all times on site.

We also have ‘Drakes Paddock’ to explore. Follow the willow tunnel into the enclosed paddock area.  Meet lots of adorable animals from pigs & goats to chickens and even lambs. To get even closer, you can feed some of our animals. Walk around and learn more about the different farm animals at Drakes Farm. Please see our daily timetable of animal activities or book onto our ‘Little Farmer Courses’.

Throughout the year the activities and learning will change from week to week, season to season. So whether you are a regular visitor or just popping in there are always things to see and do.

We also share our site with Oinkers At Drakes Farm Shop and Ground Up Cookery School. So why not visit our farm shop & attend a fantastic cookery course too!

Guide dogs welcome in the cafe and garden. No other dogs please as we have livestock on site.
