Animals, mud and a great party space
4 Party options available
Drakes Farm Parties provide a perfect party experience aimed at children aged between 0 – 7 years old. Our parties can cater for 13 - 25 children (plus additional babies, adults & parents!). We offer a variety of options and work closely to suit your party needs.
For all parties the cafe will be shut to the public so you will have the site to yourself. There would be a £50 private hire fee on top of the party to cover the cost of staffing the party and cleaning down of the site afterwards.
All parties are served a traditional party tea for all the children.
Option 1: Little Farmers Outdoor Party (available April to Oct) (see below for our winter party option).
Little farmers party to include the Little farmers animal feeding session, playing around the site & party food.
The session is lead by Kim. We feed and look after the animals together.
Total cost: Little Farmers party plus party tea £13.00 per child plus a £50 private hire fee. (Minimum 12 children, Maximum 25 children).
You are very welcome to decorate the site as you would like.
We will clean down the site at the end of the party.
Option 2: Messy Play/craft Party (April to Oct)
There will be a selection of craft and play and messy play activities set up around the cafe/in the garden for the children to use. The activities will suit children up to approx 7 years old.
I will be there to oversee the activities and top up any resources.
I will have one member of staff working to sell coffee/cake etc to grown ups at the party and to help me set up and clean down.
The cafe will be shut to the public so you will have the site to yourself. There would be a £50 private hire fee on top of the party to cover the cost of staffing the party and cleaning down of the site afterwards.
You are very welcome to decorate the site as you would like.

Total cost: Messy play party including activities and traditional party tea = £15.75 per child (Minimum 13 children, Maximum 25 children) plus £50 private hire fee on site.
Option 3: Little Farmers with EITHER crafts or Messy Play (April to Oct)
Little farmers animal feeding session & party food. You can also choose for Kim to set up messy play trays OR crafts around the site. There will be a selection of craft OR play and messy play activities set up around the cafe/in the garden for the children to use. The activities will suit children up to approx 7 years old.
We will be there to oversee the activities and top up any resources.

Looking after the animals, messy play, crafts and private hire of the site, as well as traditional party tea £19.75 per child plus £50 private hire fee (minimum 12 children, maximum 25 children).

Optional extras:
To provide party gift for all children £3.50 each. This will be a biodegradable plant pot filled with an envelope of seeds, an animal felt mask and a sweet.
Treasure Hunt £2.00 per child.
Adult Food
For all the party options above we are more than happy to cater for adults as well, but this will need to be pre-ordered.
This could be platters of sandwiches and chips, sausages and chips, traditional tea party for the adults, a buffet, hot dogs etc
